Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Igloo Agency collects through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law.
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
- Data you enter in the request form: name, phone number, email or Telegram username, message text and selected services.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time of visit.
- Cookie data, as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we process data and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and prepare an offer: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For analytics and marketing: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep data
Request data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract is concluded. In that case we keep it for the period required by accounting and tax law. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the website and handle requests (hosting, email, CRM, analytics) under data processing agreements, and with public authorities where the law requires it.
To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser. Cloudflare acts as our processor.
The strategy planner builds preliminary suggestions in your browser using common business scenarios. It does not send your description to Anthropic or another external AI provider. If you submit a contact request, its contents are processed as described in this policy.
6. Transfers outside the EU
If a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we transfer data only on the basis of an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
To exercise your rights, write to iproweb.ua@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. In the EU you can contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), give access to data only to people who need it for their work and regularly update the software we use.
9. Children
The website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
